Low fat vegan ice cream

The secret to a delicious low fat vegan ice cream is bananas!!! The combinations are endless.. chocolate, raspberry, vanilla, lime.. hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!

Ingredients
  • 6 large bananas
  • 1 - 2 tsp rice malt syrup
  • 2 cubes frozen coconut milk

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Peel the bananas and freeze overnight.

  2. Step 2

    Chop the bananas 1 cm thick.

  3. Step 3

    Place chopped banana, rice malt syrup* and frozen coconut cubes into the Thermomix bowl.

    *Drizzle rice malt syrup over the bananas to ensure it blends properly.

  4. Step 4

    Blend on speed 10 for 5 seconds. While still blending remove MC and stir with the spatula in an anti-clockwise direction.

  5. Step 5

    Blend for a total of 30 - 45 seconds depending on your desired consistency.

  6. Step 6

    Serve in bowls topped with fresh fruit! Enjoy x
