Blueberry oat smoothie

Had this for brekkie this morning! So delish. Keeps me going until lunchtime. Fat-free too :)

Ingredients
  • 100 g frozen blueberries
  • 50 g organic spinach
  • 100 g soaked rolled oats (preferably overnight)
  • 2 large ripe bananas (preferably spotty)
  • 250 mL chilled water + extra

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Blend 1 minute/speed 10. Depending on your preference add more water for a thinner consistency.

  3. Step 3

    Pour into a big glass. Enjoy!
